The Sheiko program is a powerlifting workout designed by Boris Sheiko, coach of the Russian powerlifting program team since the 1990s.It focuses on the 3 major lifts; Bench, Deadlift, and Squat.This app is designed to make it easier to follow the workout, allowing you to destroy your previous personal bests.Highlights:-1 Free workout-12 Additional Workouts Available-Remembers where you left off-Track Your Progress-Update your maxes-Rest Timer-Feedback Page (If you would like to see a feature implemented, please send a message through the in-app Feedback page.
We will try our best to get it implemented.)-Simple DesignFuture Updates:-Adding more workouts-Adding how-to pictures for exercises-Translating to other languagesFixed bug that caused app to crash when using rest timer.
